These Terms of Service govern your use of Ripple Pay and our related websites and services. By using Ripple Pay you agree to these terms.

About these terms

Ripple Pay is operated by Ripple Holdings Limited, a company registered in the Isle of Man (company number 136751C). In these terms, "Ripple", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ripple Holdings Limited, and "you" refers to the business or person using the service.

The service

Ripple Pay lets you add a card payment option to the invoices you raise in connected accounting software, accept payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay, send payment reminders, and see your payments in one place.

Eligibility and your account

You must be able to enter into a contract and provide accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that takes place under your account. We may need to verify your identity and business before your account is approved.

Fees

The fees for the service, including any monthly charge and per transaction rate, are set out during sign up and on our website. Fees are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We will give you notice of any changes to your fees.

Your responsibilities

You agree to use the service lawfully, to provide accurate information, to comply with the rules of our payment partners and the card schemes, and not to use the service for any prohibited or fraudulent activity.

Third party services

The service relies on third parties, including payment partners and the accounting platforms you choose to connect. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may carry out maintenance or make changes from time to time.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the intellectual property in the service. We grant you a limited, non exclusive right to use the service while these terms are in force. Your own branding and content remain yours.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for losses arising from your use of the service, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or where we are required to do so. Provisions that are intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man, and the courts of the Isle of Man will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
