Directors / Shareholders
Add details for all directors of the company, plus any shareholder holding 25% or more. Documents will only be required for shareholders with 25%+ ownership. For sole traders, just add your own details.
Bank Details
The bank account where collected funds will be paid into. Must be a business account in the business name.
Required for BACS Direct Debit compliance. You'll find this on your bank statement.

I authorise Cashflows Europe Ltd to collect acquiring fees by Direct Debit from the bank account provided, and I request gross settlement of card transaction funds.
Your card sales will be settled gross (full amount) to your bank account. Cashflows will collect their fees separately via Direct Debit.
